On the next screen, type their company name. It appears throughout the dashboard -- context bar, ROI calculator, and exported reports. This makes the demo feel custom-built for them. Leave blank for a generic demo.

Pick MSP (multi-client view, client portfolio table), Enterprise (single org, global threat map, SOC-focused), or Critical Infrastructure (OT/SCADA, nation-state threats, ICS-CERT ready). Every data point, AI insight, recommendation, and talking point adapts to the vertical.

Press P on your keyboard. A coaching bar appears at the bottom of the screen with:

The prospect cannot see presenter mode. On Zoom, share only the browser window, not your full screen.

Start with the top row:

Shows the full traffic log -- every blocked and passed connection. Click any row to expand the detail panel showing:
-- Details: Client/server IPs, hostnames, timestamps
-- Protocol: DNS/TCP/UDP, volume, port description
-- Location: Client and server geographic location
-- Risk: Risk source, level, class, and description of why it was blocked

Use the filter bar to search by country, domain, or risk type. This is where Shield's depth becomes real.

When you're ready for the dramatic moment, press A on your keyboard. What happens:
-- Screen flashes red
-- Alert banner drops in: DETECTING (red) then BLOCKING (amber) then BLOCKED (green)
-- All counters spike
-- The ticker shows the attack in real time
-- Shield blocks the threat in under 1 millisecond

This is the moment the prospect leans forward. Let the animation play out fully. Then say: "That just happened in real time. Sub-millisecond. The operators never knew it happened."

Press R to open the ROI calculator. If the prospect shares their numbers (headcount, analyst salary, security tool spend, endpoint count), enter them live. The calculator shows:
