Partner Operations

Deal Registration & Support

Register deals, request NFR units, access support, and manage your partnership lifecycle.

Your Partnership Status: Bronze

Complete your onboarding checklist and close your first registered deal to progress toward Silver tier. Tier reviews are conducted during quarterly QBRs.

Register a Deal

Submit new opportunities for deal protection. Registration ensures pricing support and prevents channel conflict.

Deal Registered

Your deal registration has been submitted. Your partner manager will confirm deal protection within 24 hours.

Request NFR Unit

Request a not-for-resale Shield unit for your internal lab or demo environment.

NFR Request Submitted

Your partner manager will follow up with shipping details and expected delivery timeline.

Market Development Funds

Intrusion's MDF program offers a 50/50 cost-share model for qualified marketing activities — events, webinars, co-branded campaigns, and demand generation.

Contact your partner manager for questions about upcoming MDF availability.

Support & Escalation

Partner support requests should be submitted to your assigned partner manager. For urgent technical issues, use the priority escalation path.

  • Partner Manager — first point of contact for all requests
  • Technical SE — escalation for deployment and configuration issues
  • Priority Support — critical production issues (2-hour SLA)

Partner Health Check Schedule

  • 30-day check-in — onboarding review and first deal pipeline
  • 60-day check-in — enablement progress and sales activity
  • 90-day check-in — full partnership review and tier evaluation

Renewal Calendar

Automated reminders keep you ahead of customer renewals. The system triggers outreach at each milestone so nothing falls through.

  • 90 days — Renewal identified, partner notified
  • 60 days — Customer outreach initiated, QBR scheduled
  • 30 days — Final renewal push, escalation if unsigned

IPN Member Badge

Display your Intrusion Partner Network membership on your website and marketing materials. Badge is provisioned after your first registered deal is closed.
